At Login Gadget, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery if they meet the following conditions:The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.A valid purchase invoice from Login Gadget is provided.Returns are not accepted for:Opened software, licenses, and digital products.Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.Items sold under a “Clearance” or “As-Is” condition.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:The product is out of stock after payment is confirmed.The delivered product is defective or does not match the order.Payment was made in error or duplicate.Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or mobile banking) within 7–15 business days.

3. Replacement & Exchange

Customers may request a replacement if the product is found defective within the return period.Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be offered.

4. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer or Login Gadget warranty cannot be refunded once used but may be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.Warranty service requires the original invoice and compliance with warranty policy guidelines.

5. Delivery & Return Shipping

If a product is returned due to defect or wrong delivery, Login Gadget will bear the return shipping cost.If returned for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Software, product activation keys, and licenses.Accessories such as headphones, keyboards, and mice once packaging is opened.Items purchased under promotional discounts that clearly mention “No Refund/Exchange.”

7. Process to Request Refund/Return

Contact our support team via phone/email within 7 days of delivery.Provide order number, product details, and reason for return.Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the process.Ship/return the product to our designated service center or store.
